Taco Bell Crew Member
Join our Taco Bell team and play a vital role in delivering a fantastic dining experience to our valued customers. As a Crew Member, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and delicious food in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system while ensuring order accuracy.
- Enhance the customer experience by promoting and upselling additional items from our menu.
- Prepare, handle, and serve food items in strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with various culinary tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization, including bussing tables and keeping dining areas spotless.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring strict compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work harmoniously within a team.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
