About This Role
Caring for guests by preparing food and beverages to quality standards is the main focus of this barista role. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, providing excellent customer service and giving guests a reason to return.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
- Operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- Process POS transactions, including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
- Maintain clean workstations and guest areas
- Follow direction, work well, and interact with others respectfully
- Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures
- Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
