What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with positive energy
- Prepare fresh food and handcrafted smoothies
- Take orders and operate the register
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized

Requirements
Required Experience
- Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment. To keep our cashiers as safe as possible, we've installed clear plastic barriers, and provided masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
Working Conditions
- Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.
- Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours.
- Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
- Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers.
