Credit Analyst

About This Role

Collaborating with internal teams and customers, the Credit Analyst supports Accounts Receivable (AR) by balancing customer credit needs with financial risk and compliance requirements. This role suits a detail-oriented individual who enjoys analytical work, clear communication, and organized follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine creditworthiness for new and existing customers
• Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers
• Review credit requests for extended show terms
• Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation
• Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates
• Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience using AS400 and/or Oracle software
