About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Production Lead to manage and drive the entire video content function. The ideal candidate will lead a team of editors, oversee video production from concept to execution, and create high-performing video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Develop creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns, social media content, UGC videos, and YouTube content.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create engaging, conversion-focused video assets.
- Maintain quality standards, consistency, and efficiency across all video projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging formats, and best practices in video advertising.
- Establish workflows, review processes, and content production standards.
- Analyze creative performance and optimize content based on campaign insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in video production and editing, including team leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing, D2C, or digital advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, ElevenLabs, OpenArt, or similar.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and performance-driven content.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
