About the role
We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Strategist to join our growing supplement brand team.
You’ll be responsible for developing winning ad concepts, researching trends, analyzing performance data, and building creative strategies that drive conversions across Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
Responsibilities Research competitor ads, trends, and winning angles
Develop high-converting ad concepts and hooks
Create creative briefs for editors and UGC creators
Analyze ad performance and identify scaling opportunities
Build testing strategies for new offers, avatars, and creatives
Work closely with media buyers and content teams
Improve CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and conversion performance
Requirements Experience with DTC e-commerce brands (supplements preferred)
Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok ads
Deep understanding of consumer psychology and marketing angles
Ability to identify winning creatives and trends quickly
Organized, proactive, and performance-focused
Experience working with UGC-style ads is a plus
Have worked with supplement brands before
