About This Role
This startup job is for a creative strategist who will drive client success by planning content calendars, coordinating asset production, and pitching ideas. The role is a high-responsibility opportunity for a founding team member to own the content creation engine for multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand products deeply (reasons to buy, specs, applications) before coming up with ideas
- Plan content ideas and calendars ahead of the month across platforms
- Conceptualise carousels, write captions, and script high-converting videos
- Pitch ideas and strategy decks to clients
- Coordinate with the creative team to get assets produced on time
- Direct shoots to keep execution true to the idea
- Track trends on Instagram and YouTube and turn them into fresh angles
- Read Meta Ads Manager numbers (hook rate, CTR, ROAS) to see which ideas convert
Requirements
-5 years in social media and content, including work on large, well-known brands
- Strong at content calendars, carousels, creative ideation, and caption writing
- Hands-on with Instagram and LinkedIn marketing, and know how to position content differently on each
- Comfortable with numbers: use CTR, ROAS, and other data to shape strategy
- A clear communicator who can pitch ideas in decks and in the room
- Adaptable and happy to take ownership across functions in a small team
Nice to have:
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Have made AI videos and creatives yourself

- Schedule: 6 days working (Monday and Thursday work from office, other 4 days are shoot days or work from home)
