Creative Marketing Manager, Theatrical Entertainment

About the role
Responsibilities:
- Direct external creative agencies in the development of theatrical-quality trailers and key art to maximize asset performance and storytelling impact.
- Architect end-to-end omnichannel marketing strategies across social, digital, OOH, and linear platforms to drive viewer awareness and campaign reach.
- Collaborate with senior cross-functional creative and marketing departments and high-profile talent and filmmakers to ensure cohesive, unified brand execution across global campaigns.
- Evaluate active campaign performance metrics and audience insights to deliver data-driven proposals that optimize upcoming film launches.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in film marketing or creative advertising, ideally within a major entertainment studio, streamer, or top-tier agency.
- Specialized expertise in theatrical-quality asset production, with a deep understanding of directing external AV and print agencies from concept to delivery.
- Proven track record of executing successful 360° entertainment campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive measurable audience conversion.
- Polished, executive-level communication skills paired with a highly collaborative, selfless approach to influencing cross-functional teams without authority.
