About This Role
This Creative Director role involves leading, inspiring, and shaping the future of AU WEAR by guiding the creative team to bring bold ideas to life. The position is responsible for developing creative strategies and overseeing content production from concept to publication.
Responsibilities
- Develop content planners, creative strategies, and the visual direction for the AU WEAR brand
- Create concepts for monthly campaigns, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Understand the workflow of the creative team (Talent, Content Creator & Editor)
- Direct the content production process from brainstorming, shooting, and editing to publishing
- Provide creative briefs for photoshoots, daily content, and social media
- Conduct quality control on all content before publication
- Analyze content performance and develop strategies to increase engagement and sales
- Research social media, fashion, and competitor trends as references for content development
- Develop content production timelines and ensure all projects meet targets
- Conduct regular evaluations and brainstorming sessions with the creative team
- Determine and prepare styling looks for talent
- Mix and match outfits, colors, patterns, layering, and accessories
- Follow fashion and social media trends to provide fresh styling ideas
- Be present and make styling adjustments during content shoots
Requirements
- Age range 25-35 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Creative Lead, Creative Director, Content Lead, Brand Creative, or similar position
- Possess strong leadership and project management skills
- Understand branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media
- Have a strong visual taste and follow fashion and digital content trends
- Able to develop creative and results-oriented campaigns
- Possess good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Accustomed to working with deadlines
Nice to have:
- Understanding of content production processes, video editing, and photoshoots
