Creative Director

About This Role

This Creative Director role involves setting the creative vision for multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand identity, leading creative teams, and ensuring high-quality output. The position requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the creative direction for multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand identity, and content strategy
• Hire, mentor, and manage internal creative teams (art directors, copywriters, designers) as well as external agencies or freelancers
• Review and approve all creative output, ensuring high standards of design, messaging, and strategic alignment
• Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to align creative assets with corporate targets
• Pitch concepts, defend strategic choices, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders or clients
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and department budgets
