Crane Operator

About This Role

Operating cranes to construct roads and other structures is the main purpose of this job, which involves driving, maneuvering, and controlling heavy machinery. The role suits a candidate with experience in construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures
• Clean and maintain equipment, making basic repairs as necessary
• Move levers, push pedals, or turn valves to control equipment
• Coordinate machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals
• Maintain knowledge of Company
• Perform additional assignments per management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with construction equipment preferred
• NCCCO certification for Lattice boom crawler crane required
