About This Role
This cram school instructor role involves teaching classes of 10 to 20 elementary and junior high school students. The position is suitable for university students, recent graduates, or experienced professionals who are passionate about education and student development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute classes (two sessions per shift)
- Provide pre- and post-class support, including checking homework, answering questions, and reporting to parents
- Teach elementary school students (part-time) or junior high school students (part-time)
- Teach elementary school students (full-time) or junior high school students (full-time)
Requirements
- University student or above
- University graduate or above

- Schedule: Part-time elementary school: 16:30-19:30, 3+ days/week; Part-time junior high school: 19:00-22:00, 2+ days/week; Full-time elementary school: 16:00-20:00, 4+ days/week; Full-time junior high school: 18:30-22:00, 4+ days/week
- Average working days: 2-4 days per month
- Actual working hours: 2 hours per day
