About the role
For a global client in the automotive industry, we are looking for a specialist responsible for assessing the compliance of control systems for machines and industrial devices with the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and related regulations and technical standards.
The project focuses on analyzing technical documentation, bills of materials (BOM), electrical schematics, and system architecture to verify whether the components and solutions used meet the requirements for cybersecurity, product safety, and regulations applicable in the European market. The outcome will be the identification of potential non-compliance, risk assessment, and preparation of recommendations supporting the certification and implementation process of the product.
Your tasks
- Analysis of technical documentation for machines and control systems for compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements.
- Verification of BOMs and the electronic and electrical components used.
- Review of electrical schematics and system architecture to identify potential non-compliance.
- Assessment of risks related to cybersecurity and regulatory compliance of products.
- Preparation of reports from analyses and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaboration with project teams responsible for hardware, automation, and software development.
- Support for clients in the process of preparing products to meet EU market regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, functional safety, industrial automation, or systems engineering.
- Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience working with product documentation, technical specifications, and BOMs.
- Knowledge of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements or other regulations related to product implementation.
- Ability to identify technical risks and prepare compliance analyses.
- Good knowledge of control systems, electronics, or industrial automation.
- Fluent communication in English in an international environment.
