Main Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience in high-speed SerDes (100Gbps+, PCIe Gen6) system verification, problem analysis, and mass production is a plus.

- Familiarity with high-speed SerDes and optical channel related test instruments is a plus (e.g., PPG, BERT, real-time/sampling scope, VNA, etc.).

- Experience in optical module and optoelectronic development is a plus.

- Proficient in C, Python, C# and embedded systems, and MATLAB.

- Strong initiative and learning ability, good communication skills, and teamwork experience.

- Proficient in spoken and written English.
