About the role
Title: CPA Required - Client Advisor
Location: Greenville, SC In this role, you'll work directly with business owners, helping them understand their numbers, improve profitability, plan for taxes, and make better financial decisions. You'll also lead a team of two bookkeepers and oversee the financial needs of up to 60 clients.
What You'll Do Advise clients on financial performance and business decisions
Review financial statements and identify opportunities
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning
Benchmark client performance
Lead and support two bookkeepers
Review bookkeeping and perform tax reconciliations
Review, critique, and sign off on insurance audits
Review, critique, and sign off on financial audits
Assist with bookkeeping and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Active CPA license in good standing - required
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience within the last 10 years
Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Bonus experience: Construction/home-service accounting, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, Hubdoc, LivePlan, or accounting team leadership.
Training & Probation Training consists of 320 hours within a 90-day probationary period. Training pay is $29.50-$34.50/hour based on experience.
Background check and drug screening required.
