CPA Credit Executive - Housing Loan @ L&T Finance

Role & responsibilities

• File Checking & Login: Check loan files at the initiation stage for completeness and accuracy, and ensure timely login of cases into the system.
• CAM Preparation: Prepare the Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) and ensure all required information and documents are available for further processing.
• LOS Entries: Make accurate and timely entries in the Loan Origination System (LOS) for further processing of cases.
• Disbursement Processing: Coordinate and process housing loan disbursements as per approved terms, policies, and required documentation.
• BPM Entries: Make necessary BPM entries for vendor bill processing and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve documentation, system, and process-related issues.
• Ensure cases are processed within defined TATs and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of records throughout the loan processing cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, Banking, or NBFC preferred.
• Prior experience in credit processing, loan operations, or housing finance operations will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and system-based data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work within defined TATs.
