About This Role
This full-time courier position involves delivering and picking up specimens, supplies, and literature for clients, ensuring safe transportation in accordance with regulatory standards. The role requires operating a company vehicle safely and adhering to company policies and attendance standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up specimens as directed, consistent with CLIA and OSHA standards and company policy
- Deliver supplies and/or literature as needed by clients
- Answer pages in a timely manner
- Ensure proper, secure stabilization of sensitive specimens during transportation in accordance with CLIA regulations and company policy
- Notify supervisor and/or dispatch in a timely manner of any problems with equipment or vehicles
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner in accordance with company policy and state regulations
- Report accidents, injuries, and safety risks promptly
- Adhere to company dress code
- Meet company attendance standards and report to work on time
- Identify and pursue self-improvement needs
- Seek coaching/mentoring when appropriate
- Perform other duties, including cleaning of company vehicles, as assigned
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, and procedures including, but not limited to, those within the Compliance Process, Code of Conduct, and Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA)
- Participate in required orientation, Compliance and HIPAA training programs
- Cooperate with monitoring and audit functions and investigations
- Participate, as requested, in process improvement responsibilities
Requirements
- High School diploma (preferred)
- Driver's License (required)

Important Details
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday and every other weekend
