About the role
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience supporting and enhancing Coupa procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Coupa SIM (Supplier Information Management), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, system configuration, integrations, and solution design. This role will serve as the primary technical SME, partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive platform improvements and procurement transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience with Coupa platform administration, configuration, and support
- Strong expertise in Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, approvals, and business rules
- Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, data mapping, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tangoe/Rivermine integrations
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP platforms
- Experience supporting procurement modernization, ERP transformation, or platform migration projects
