About the role
We are seeking a Cost Coordinator to support the achievement of business targets by analyzing and assembling cost data for parts and systems, ensuring competitiveness and value. Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with design, purchasing, and suppliers to develop accurate cost estimates and track cost maturation
- Benchmarking and analyzing cost/performance gaps compared to competitors
- Supporting proposals through data analysis, cost allocation, and system data uploads
- Conducting market research, establishing business cases, and identifying opportunities for cost improvement
- Performing related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development, preferably in automotive
- Technical expertise in materials and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in CATIA, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Workstyle
- Onsite role with possible remote work one day a week with approval.
