POSITION INFO: Company and Job Description: A leading electrical manufacturing business based in Johannesburg is seeking a driven Cost and Management Accountant who thrives where numbers meet operations. This is far more than a traditional accounting role. You'll work closely with production, procurement, and operations teams, analysing manufacturing costs, monitoring inventory and WIP, and delivering the financial insight that powers smarter decision-making and stronger margins. Key Responsibilities: Costing, margin analysis, and profitability reporting Manufacturing variance analysis and cost control initiatives Inventory, WIP, and bill of materials (BOM) management Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support Monthly management accounts and performance reporting Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting / Cost & Management Accounting CIMA is advantageous 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Apply now!
