I’m working with a growing manufacturing company that is looking to add a Cost Accountant to their team.

What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience
- Manufacturing/industrial experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel and ERP/system skills
- Experience with standard costing, inventory, BOMs, variances, and manufacturing costs
- Analytical, hands-on professional who can work independently
- Someone who wants to understand what is happening on the manufacturing floor—not just what the numbers say
