Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, and coloring tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Learn hair extension services (optional)
- Work events such as weddings and/or prom (potential)
- Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations; ensure all tools and workspaces are properly sanitized
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Assist with guest services at the front desk by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out
- Stay current on industry trends and other beauty techniques to provide innovative services
Requirements
- Proven expertise in cosmetology with a current license
