Responsibilities
- Perform skin and hair assessments within the scope of professional qualifications and clinic protocols
- Provide cosmetology treatments such as facials, skin rejuvenation procedures, and other approved skin and hair care services
- Assist doctors during skin and hair treatments and clinical procedures as required
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, aftercare instructions, and precautions to clients
- Recommend suitable skincare and haircare products based on the doctor's advice and approved clinic protocols
- Maintain client records, treatment details, consent forms, and follow-up appointments
- Ensure proper sterilization, hygiene, and maintenance of treatment equipment
- Follow clinic safety standards, infection-control procedures, and professional guidelines
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with clients
- Support the clinic in achieving treatment service targets and improving client retention
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or an applicable skin and hair care field
- Previous experience in a skin and hair clinic is preferred
- Knowledge of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic treatment procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-handling and counselling skills
- Ability to maintain hygiene, confidentiality, and accurate records
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow clinic protocols
