About This Role
Caring for clients' skin and hair needs is the core of this role at a premier cosmetic clinic. The Cosmetologist assesses aesthetic goals, recommends treatments, and performs a variety of non-invasive procedures. This position suits a skilled, passionate, and customer-oriented professional with hands-on experience in advanced skin and hair treatments.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' skin and hair types, discuss their aesthetic goals, and recommend suitable clinical treatments and home-care regimens
- Execute a variety of non-invasive skin and hair procedures, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, anti-aging therapies, acne treatments, and hair restoration procedures (e.g., PRP/PRF), following strict safety protocols
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to monitor and document client progress over the course of their treatment plans
- Ensure all equipment, treatment rooms, and workstations comply with high standards of sanitation, sterilization, and safety
- Educate clients on proper pre- and post-treatment care to maximize results and ensure long-term skin and hair health
- Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records, history, and feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience working as a Cosmetologist in a reputed skin/hair clinic, aesthetic center, or dermatology practice
- Certification, Diploma, or Degree in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or a related medical/aesthetic field
- Strong hands-on proficiency in performing advanced skin and hair cosmetic treatments
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with a client-first attitude
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, hair conditions, and cosmetic product ingredients
- Well-groomed, empathetic, and approachable demeanor
