SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
✔️11+ years of IT experience with technical leadership in Customer Communications Management (CCM)
✔️Core technical expertise in OpenText Exstream design, development, and implementation
✔️Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire and complementary CCM platforms
✔️Offshore team technical management, code reviews, and architecture oversight
✔️Technical solution design, document composition architecture, and data mapping
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and production issue troubleshooting for complex deployments
✔️Effort estimation, architecture review, and SDLC deployment lifecycle management
✔️Collaboration with Business Analysts and SMEs to translate regulatory changes into technical designs
✔️Template optimization, performance tuning, and development best practice formulation
✔️Change management process oversight and multi-environment release coordination
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an 11+ year experienced Correspondence Tech Lead to serve as the primary onsite technical leader in Columbus, GA (3 days onsite/week). Sourced within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) domain, this role will architect, design, and lead the delivery of complex enterprise correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire. The incumbent will serve as the technical authority for business stakeholders, architects, and product owners while directly guiding offshore development teams, driving architecture reviews, and ensuring flawless production releases.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire platforms
✔️Serve as primary onsite technical lead, collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business needs into technical designs
✔️Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to offshore engineering teams while conducting rigorous code, script, and template reviews
✔️Lead impact assessments, effort estimations, root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production defects, and performance optimization activities
✔️Coordinate release deployment strategies across dev, test, and production environments following established enterprise change management protocols
