About the role

Seeking for a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office.

Summary

  • Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work.
  • Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
  • Partial remote work will be considered.

Requirements

  • Strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills
  • Excellent judgment, verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to connect and develop positive relationships with a variety of internal clients
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional client service
  • Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly
