Seeking for a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office.
Summary
- Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work.
- Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
- Partial remote work will be considered.
Requirements
- Strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills
- Excellent judgment, verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect and develop positive relationships with a variety of internal clients
- Dedication to delivering exceptional client service
- Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly
