About This Role
This entry-level Corporate Trainer role is fully remote from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will learn the firm's commercial decision-making framework and then help others learn it through sessions, written materials, and one-to-one coaching based on live engagements. The position suits someone who can simplify complex subjects and adapt training content effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain training material on core subjects: market entry, family ownership dynamics, regulatory paths, sovereign capital priorities, and commercial position formation
- Run short internal sessions and workshops over video and through written briefs, adjusting them as needed
- Work with partners to capture lessons from live engagements and turn them into reusable exercises and case notes
- Track completion, keep material current with market changes, and flag outdated sections
- Provide new colleagues with a clear first month: what to read, who to ask, and how to write partner-ready briefings
- Take feedback on your sessions and revise content as needed
Requirements
- Ability to make complicated subjects plain, in writing and verbally
- Ability to take corrections well
- Ability to manage a room of four people and a one-on-one setting
- Ability to identify parts of a document where a reader might struggle
- Organized enough to keep sessions and materials moving without reminders
- Discreet with confidential client material
- Good command of English
- Ability to admit when you don't know an answer and follow up with it
Nice to have:
- An interest in finance, economics, or politics (from study, reading, or a job)
- Some experience of teaching, tutoring, or presenting (even informally)
- A second language, particularly Arabic
- Prior research work of any kind (including student projects or side jobs involving digging for answers)
- Familiarity with how a family business or a regional company operates
Benefits
- Work remotely from Dubai with a small team that expects questions
- Learning embedded in the work itself: how transactions are shaped, counterparty positions, regulatory changes
- Exposure to senior people preparing for and running commercial conversations
- Opportunity to design your own sessions and decide what the firm teaches new joiners over time
