Corporate Trainer

About This Role

This corporate trainer role focuses on claims, leading new-hire onboarding and delivering ongoing employee training to ensure consistent claim handling and adherence to established procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills, with experience in a call center or claims-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and job aids
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and training progress
• Conduct assessments and identify skill gaps and development opportunities
• Provide coaching, feedback, and one-on-one support to employees
• Partner with leadership and auditors on refresher training, quality improvement, and operational needs
• Serve as a subject matter resource for claims processing, procedures, and systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Auditor, Team Lead, SME, or Supervisor in a call center environment
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and evaluate employee performance
