Job Role - Corporate Trainer - Learning and Development Experience- 5 - 11 Years location - Chennai Work Mode - On site Must Have's Direct Experience As An Instructor, Delivering Structured Training Comfort working with a manager based in Israel/global stakeholders - cross-cultural fluency Roles & Responsibilities Course Delivery :
- Deliver CLC curriculum across professional, management, and team development programs in virtual or in person settings, following CLC instructional standards.
- Create a learner‑centered, engaging environment through discussion, practice, and clear facilitation.
Team Development Facilitation
- Facilitate team development workshops on a variety of topics (for example: team communication, interfaces management, team goals and strategies etc.)
- One‑on‑One Coaching
- Provide coaching on communication, team dynamics, and related topics.
- Support learners in applying course concepts to real workplace situations.
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Contribute to course material updates: slides, exercises, guides, and facilitator notes.
- Contribute to digital learning resources.
- Participate in ongoing curriculum improvements.
Operational & Learning Support
- Support course and offering setup in Workday Learning (LMS) (scheduling, roster management, pre and post-class communications).
- Partner with Workday Learning teams to ensure accurate attendance and reporting.
- Partner with managers and HRBPs to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in niche engineering, hiring, scale‑up environments, and leadership stakeholder management.
- 5-8 years relevant experience as an Instructor in Semiconductor, IT Software & Services, Medical Devices, or Product Engineering/R&D environments
