Our client is a long-standing law firm with a strong corporate services function which works independently to the law firm.
Description
As a Corporate Services Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the company secretarial teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and achieve business goals.
- Overseeing administrative processes to maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with senior management to align support services with organisational objectives.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational efficiency.
- Ensuring high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned qualified corporate services professional with at least 10-15+ years of experience in the industry. The candidate must have a strong background working in professional firm or law firm environments. Excellent communication skills in English will be required, including the ability to build/maintain relationship with clients. The candidate must demonstrate a business development mindset, have strong leadership skills and a highly proactive attitude.
