Corporate Recruiter

About This Role

Recruiting new talent for the company's branches in the Netherlands and Belgium is the core of this role. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer, and actively build the talent pool and employer branding. This position suits a proactive, entrepreneurial, and communicative recruiter who is passionate about finding, connecting, and convincing talent.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire recruitment process from intake to offer
• Actively search for and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job sites, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Write and optimize job descriptions
• Conduct telephone screenings, job interviews, and employment terms discussions
• Build and maintain talent pools for future vacancies
• Advise managers on the best recruitment approach and selection criteria
• Improve the candidate experience throughout the entire application process
• Organize and execute campus recruitment activities
• Represent Rotra at job fairs, networking events, and other events
• Collaborate with Marketing to further strengthen employer branding and labor market communication
• Support onboarding activities for new colleagues
• Analyze recruitment data and continuously seek improvements in the recruitment process

Requirements

• Completed HBO education, preferably in HRM, Commercial Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Recruiter, or Intercedent
• Experience with sourcing and actively approaching candidates
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
