Corporate Recruiter

About This Role

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for finding the right talent for Pally Biscuits, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a fast and high-quality influx of new employees. This role suits a proactive and independent recruiter who is passionate about connecting with people and optimizing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish attractive vacancy texts
• Actively source candidates through various channels
• Manage recruitment budget (social media, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Conduct intake and selection interviews
• Guide candidates and managers through the recruitment process and optimize it (e.g., improve ATS, provide training, develop tests)
• Develop the Pally Biscuits employer brand
• Build and maintain talent pools
• Maintain contact with and select temporary employment and recruitment agencies
• Analyze recruitment data and implement improvements based on findings
• Guide candidates from first contact to employment
• Stay informed about the labor market and wage developments
• Maintain regular contact in the factory to stay involved with employee retention

Requirements

• HBO level (higher vocational education)
• Several years of experience as a recruiter, corporate recruiter, or talent acquisition specialist
• Experience with sourcing and modern recruitment tools
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and independent work attitude
• Affinity with a technical production environment
• Available for a minimum of 28 hours per week; distribution of hours and days in consultation; working on Wednesdays is preferred

• Schedule: minimum 28 hours per week, distribution of hours and days in consultation; working on Wednesdays is preferred
