About This Role

Finding and hiring new employees is the core of this corporate recruiter role, which partners with leadership to build high-performing teams. This position suits a proactive "hunter" who values candidate experience and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process from the initial intake meeting with Hiring Managers to the final offer negotiation
• Actively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse pipeline
• Conduct high-quality behavioral interviews and technical screenings to ensure hiring for both skill and cultural alignment
• Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers, helping them define roles, refine job descriptions, and navigate market trends
• Ensure every applicant has a professional, transparent, and positive experience with the brand
• Manage the ATS (Teamtailor) with precision, using data to track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

Requirements

• 1-3 years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
• Proactive, resilient, and possess a "sales" mentality when it comes to closing top talent
• Expert in navigating ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools
• Interpersonal "polish" to represent AD Mortgage to top-level candidates
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
