About This Role

This role is for a Recruiter to play an integral part in the firm's hiring initiatives, building the talent network and supporting full-cycle recruitment and hiring functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, innovative thinker, excellent communicator, and passionate about hiring top talent for a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
• Develop the candidate pipeline including sourcing candidates
• Attend hiring events and career fairs
• Market to talent
• Complete phone interviews
• Provide hiring recommendations
• Create job postings
• Onboard new employees
• Promote the company for current and future hiring needs
• Actively participate in managing the intern program and university relationships
• Support the HR Manager

Requirements

• People person with strong networking and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Able to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, supporting multiple hiring managers
• Solid problem-solving and time management abilities
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and basic file management skills
• Understanding of the recruitment process

Nice to have:

• Experience sourcing candidates in an Architects and Engineering industry
• Experience with JazzHR or related HRIS and applicant tracking systems
