Corporate Recruiter

About This Role

Recruiting talent to support Americold's growth across Europe is the core of this role, which involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for a diverse range of specialisms. The ideal candidate will have experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on back office roles but also the capability to handle high-volume blue-collar hiring for logistics positions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines, including operational and warehouse roles
• Conduct thorough screenings to ensure candidates meet job requirements, company culture, and values
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and key success factors for each role
• Manage the full interview process, from scheduling to feedback, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Lead offer negotiations and manage the hiring process, including references and onboarding
• Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Support initiatives to enhance Americold’s employer brand, promoting culture and values across Europe
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, particularly in finance, and provide recommendations to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on diverse specialisms
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment is preferred
• Strong ability to recruit for a wide range of roles across Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and blue-collar warehouse positions (e.g., warehouse operatives, reach truck drivers, forklift operators)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse, multicultural teams
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment tools
• Fluency in (business) English is required
