Corporate Recruiter

About This Role

Working as a Corporate Recruiter, you will attract talent for the service office and distribution center, playing a crucial role in finding the right professionals for various departments such as Styling, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Merchandise. This position requires a proactive approach and a senior level of stakeholder management, combining the drive of an agency recruiter with the patience and sensitivity needed in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates (approximately 35% of your time), via LinkedIn and your own network
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including follow-ups, scheduling and conducting interviews, providing feedback, and salary negotiations (approximately 40% of your time)
• Proactively maintain contact with hiring managers to inventory future needs (approximately 25% of your time)
• Manage an average of 8 vacancies simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively communicate the status of vacancies
• Contribute ideas for optimizing recruitment processes and the national and internal strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in recruitment, with a proven balance between corporate and agency experience. Experience in interim roles counts as agency experience
• Proactive "hands-on mentality" and "plug and play"; you know what is expected of you and work independently
• Experience with stakeholder management in a corporate environment, where you can effectively switch without a direct commercial goal
• Experience within the retail sector is a big plus, preferably within a large and complex organization (comparable to 12,000 employees and international operations)
• Affinity with and knowledge of the latest developments in AI and willingness to apply this in your work
• Patient and able to handle the sometimes longer lead times of corporate processes
