About This Role
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with hiring managers and finding the right talent to contribute to Priva’s future. You will focus primarily on non-technical and commercial vacancies, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for primarily non-technical and commercial positions
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define profiles, recruitment strategies and selection criteria
- Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-supported sourcing tools
- Proactively source and engage relevant talent in the market
- Help hiring managers create structured and effective interview and selection processes
- Contribute to the further development of employer branding and talent attraction activities
- Use recruitment insights and market knowledge to advise the business
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve recruitment processes and ways of working
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a product, technology or international organization
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to selection and offer
- Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing techniques
- Experience working closely with hiring managers and other business stakeholders
- Understanding of the importance of candidate experience and employer branding
- Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Continuous improvement mindset and enjoyment in making recruitment processes better
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Residing within reasonable commuting distance of De Lier, the Netherlands
