Corporate Recruiter

About This Role

This hands-on role involves finding, approaching, and exciting the right candidates for InPost's diverse vacancies across sales, operations, technology, and staff departments. The position is for someone who takes initiative and thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic startup environment of a large international organization.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for and approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies
• Write and publish attractive job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates on experience, motivation, and fit with InPost
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the desired profile and appropriate sourcing approach
• Keep candidates engaged and enthusiastic throughout the process
• Contribute ideas for creative ways to reach hard-to-find candidates
• Carefully record recruitment activities and results in the ATS
• Support supplier contacts and other operational recruitment activities where necessary
• Make smart use of AI and digital tools for faster and more effective sourcing

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or sourcing
• Proven strength in actively finding and approaching candidates
• Ability to work independently, maintain an overview, and remain effective when priorities change or processes are not fully established
• Comfortable in an organization where a lot happens, priorities can change, and not every process is fully developed
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Strong collaboration skills with various hiring managers and ability to discuss expectations
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, and professional communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or other sourcing tools
• A completed HBO education, although relevant experience, mentality, and demonstrable results are considered at least as important
