About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will own consolidated financial reporting and decision support across the organization, with a strong focus on revenue and gross margin performance. The manager will partner closely with FP&A and Accounting to improve visibility into business drivers, strengthen forecast accuracy, and support month-end close activities. The position will also help enhance planning processes, data integrity, and reporting efficiency in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $143,650 – $169,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in revenue and gross margin, leading consolidated reporting and insights
- Consolidate financial results across business units for monthly and quarterly reports
- Partner with FP&A to analyze business drivers and evaluate financial impacts
- Ensure data integrity across planning systems and financial models
- Assist in month-end close, partnering with Accounting for financial accuracy
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency
- Support the implementation of the planning tool
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant finance experience
- Experience in revenue, gross margin, or supply chain finance is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Adaptive
- Exceptional attention to detail for accuracy and precision
- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, including non-financial professionals
- Capacity to operate with ambiguity and independently build financial processes
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
