This unique dual-role position is suited for someone comfortable working in a high-profile, fast-paced, and confidential environment. The role involves providing both in-flight hospitality and executive-level administrative support to executives and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized in-flight service to the executive and guests
• Ensure a high standard of hospitality, comfort, and safety throughout flights
• Prepare and coordinate meals, beverages, and other in-flight requirements
• Assist with aircraft preparation and post-flight arrangements
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Be flexible with travel schedules, including short-notice trips
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate meetings, reservations, and itineraries
• Assist with personal and business-related administrative matters
• Handle confidential information and correspondence professionally

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification required
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional, and well-groomed
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Flexible and willing to travel frequently
