Requirements

JD from a ranked law school.

2-4 years of experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in finance transactions, including:

Reserve-based lending transactions.

Secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities.

Acquisition financings and project financings.
-
Licensed to practice in Texas or willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.

High academic achievement and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
