Serving as a Corporate Counsel, you will join the in-house legal team of a confidential, employee-owned professional services firm. This role involves working closely with asset management clients and internal stakeholders on diverse legal, regulatory, and transactional matters within a firm that supports clients across investment management, banking, capital markets, real estate, and insurance.

8 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or within a financial services, asset management, or investment advisory organization
Experience in Corporate, Securities, or Investment Funds law
JD from a reputable institution
Strong understanding of the financial services industry
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
