This Corporate Counsel role is a key member of the Legal team, supporting the General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel across all legal affairs, including commercial, capital markets, regulatory, privacy, and litigation matters. The position serves as the primary legal resource for commercial and technology contracting, manages litigation and outside counsel, and supports capital markets and bank partner programs. It involves significant interaction with senior management and the executive team, providing legal advice and collaborating with internal and external partners.
