This position is for a transactional attorney with a strong commercial and some corporate law background. The Corporate Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel and will primarily be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and controlling most corporate contracts. They will also assist with compliance matters and support the company's mergers and acquisition activity, including managing and conducting due diligence, contract review and negotiation, and conducting closings as necessary.
