About the role
Corporate Counsel:
Provides professional contract review and negotiation and assistance to the General Counsel, senior management, and the sales team on various matters including acting as the first point of contact in customer contract management, contract preparation, negotiation support, and contract compliance.
What you get to do:
- Review, revise and negotiate client contracts to ensure they comply with the company’s terms and conditions
- Circulate and discuss contracts with various Randstad departments for review
- Make recommendations to the General Counsel, senior management, and the Vice President of Contract Management for improvements to the process
- Maintain a database of customer contracts
- Assist Legal Team with contract disputes and other charges
What you need to bring:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Juris Doctorate Degree required
- 5 years Professional legal experience preferred
- 5 years Negotiation experience with commercial contracts 5 years of relevant contract review experience preferred
- 1 year Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Knowledge of contract principles
- Knowledge of contract negotiations

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
