Corporate Associate – Denver (2–6 Years) A dynamic, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join its thriving Denver office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer who thrives in a sophisticated transactional practice and wants to work with a team that values initiative, collaboration, and long-term career development.
In this role, you’ll handle a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities work for both public and private companies, corporate governance, venture financings, licensing matters, and ongoing corporate maintenance. You’ll work directly with clients ranging from emerging startups to established national enterprises, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of high-quality corporate/transactional experience
- Strong academic credentials and polished writing skills
- Admission to practice (California admission preferred or required)
- The ability to manage complex matters, communicate with clarity, and deliver practical, business-focused advice
