Corporate Associate (Class of 2023–2024)
An elite corporate practice is seeking a highly motivated Associate (2023–2024 class year) to join its expanding New York team. This role offers the chance to work closely with respected partners and seasoned senior associates on sophisticated transactional matters spanning a wide range of industries, including technology, media, financial services, life sciences, and emerging growth sectors.
About The Role
You will play a key role across a diverse mix of corporate and securities work, including:
- M&A transactions for middle-market and high-growth companies
- Private equity investments and strategic joint ventures
- Public and private securities offerings
- Ongoing corporate governance and SEC reporting
- Cross-border matters for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients
Associates here receive meaningful responsibility early on, with direct client exposure and the opportunity to sharpen technical skills within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Class of 2023 or 2024
- Experience in general corporate work, ideally including M&A, private equity, capital markets, or securities compliance
- Strong academic credentials and an exceptional work ethic
- Training from a leading law firm is preferred but not required
- A team-oriented mindset and the desire to grow your practice under hands-on mentorship
Compensation
Expected salary range:
$195,000 – $205,000, depending on experience, education, and overall qualifications. Full benefits and performance-based opportunities for advancement are included.
