Role Overview
Divine Connections Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Core Technician (Printers) to join our client’s technical team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, routine maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of various printing equipment and office machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Servicing: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on printers, copiers, and related hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose complex technical faults, replace malfunctioning parts, and successfully repair a wide range of printer models.
- Installation & Setup: Handle the safe delivery, installation, configuration, and testing of new printing equipment for clients.
- Client Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients on proper machine usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Inventory & Reporting: Keep accurate records of spare parts usage, maintenance logs, and service reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in repairing, servicing, and maintaining various printer brands and office machines.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical components of printing hardware.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Location: Must be based in Lusaka and available to start immediately.
