Role :
We are seeking an experienced I ntegration SME with strong hands-on experience in Core Banking Transformation Programs.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- End-to-end Core Banking implementation experience
- Integration across Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, General Ledger (GL), and Treasury/Markets systems
- Experience with Murex integrations preferred
- Strong expertise in ESB, API Gateway, Middleware, and iPaaS platforms
- Interface Design, ISD preparation, Source-to-Target Mapping, and Data Transformation
- SIT, End-to-End Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live support
- OAuth2, SSL, and Banking Integration Security standards
- Experience working with multiple vendors and stakeholder groups
Responsibilities:
- Own cross-domain integration architecture and design
- Drive integration workshops with business, technology, and vendor teams
- Define and document To-Be integration solutions
- Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Act as the integration authority across all banking domains
- Must have delivered Core Banking Transformation programs in an implementation capacity (not advisory-only)
