About This Role
This Copywriter role involves developing fresh ideas and impactful creative concepts for brands. The ideal candidate is a strong creative thinker who can transform client briefs into original campaign ideas, compelling narratives, and engaging brand experiences. The position leads the ideation process, develops creative directions, and collaborates with design, content, and production teams to bring concepts to life across various media.
Responsibilities
- Generate original and innovative ideas for brand campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and advertising
- Develop campaign themes, creative hooks, storytelling concepts, and brand narratives
- Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into engaging creative concepts
- Brainstorm fresh ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand promotions, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Conceptualize social media campaigns, reels, digital advertisements, brand films, and promotional videos
- Develop creative approaches for AI-generated films, hybrid films, and other emerging content formats
- Create compelling storytelling concepts aligned with brand positioning and audience interests
- Identify opportunities for innovative content formats, experiential campaigns, and audience engagement
- Understand brand objectives, target audiences, consumer behaviour, and market trends
- Research competitors, advertising trends, cultural insights, and emerging creative approaches
- Develop insight-driven concepts that balance creativity with business and communication objectives
- Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across platforms
- Prepare creative concept notes, mood boards, campaign narratives, and presentation decks
- Present creative ideas and explain the strategic thinking behind them to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with graphic designers, motion graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and production teams
- Guide creative execution to ensure the final output reflects the original concept
- Refine and improve concepts based on internal and client feedback
Requirements
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala before starting work
